In Mongolia, Temari Group established a joint venture, KENKOU CO., LTD, in June 2024.
Mongolia has one of the highest cancer mortality rates in the world, creating a strong demand for advanced medical services. In response, the Group is promoting a project to introduce cutting-edge medical equipment from Japan, including the CyberKnife system.
In addition, as part of its contribution to the local community, Temari Group collaborates with Kanazawa West Rotary Club to carry out ongoing initiatives such as donating picture books to local kindergartens.

Leading Innovation in Taiwan's Long-Term Care Market
In Taiwan, Temari Group has established a strong collaborative framework through a capital and business alliance with KEISEI Pharmacy, a leading local pharmacy chain.
Through this partnership, the Group is actively promoting personnel exchange and the sharing of professional expertise. In collaboration with KEISEI Pharmacy, plans are also underway to host dementia-related seminars.
Looking ahead, Temari Group is considering joint research initiatives with KEISEI Pharmacy and aims to drive innovation in Taiwan's long-term care market.
Promoting the "Small Care Town" Concept
In India, Temari Group is advancing the "Small Care Town" concept to address pressing social challenges, including rapid population aging and the shortage of welfare services, by leveraging expertise cultivated in Japan.
Based on a comprehensive on-site study conducted in November 2024, the Group is currently planning the development of an integrated care facility that provides seamless support from independent living to end-of-life care.
This project is positioned as a long-term initiative, with an opening targeted for 2030. In parallel with business development, Temari Group is also focusing on nurturing human resources who will serve as a bridge between Japan and India. In September 2025, the Group successfully welcomed its first cohort of four Indian Specified Skilled Workers.
